FAQ
- Does it work on iPhone?
- Yes. The app is responsive — use the menu to open the sidebar, run your schedule, and update jobs from the field.
- How is this different from Google Calendar?
- Calendar is one piece. My Field Crew adds client records, recurring routes, quotes/invoices, and a customer booking page tied to your business.
- Can I try it without signing up?
- Yes — use the demo account (credentials in the footer) or open the sample booking page.
- Can customers pay invoices online?
- Yes — connect your Stripe account in Settings. Card payments go to you; your My Field Crew subscription is billed separately. You can also mark invoices paid for cash or check.
- Does the booking page show my real open times?
- Yes. Set your booking hours, slot length, and max per day in Settings. Customers only see dates and times that aren't already full from jobs or pending requests.
- Can I add office staff and field crews?
- Yes. The owner invites people by email and picks a role: Owner (full access), Office (clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, routes, requests), or Field (schedule & calendar only — start and complete jobs). Each person has their own login; permissions are enforced in the app and API, not just hidden menus.
- Do you integrate with QuickBooks?
- Card payments can sync to QuickBooks Online through your connected Stripe account. For cash, check, and other payments, download invoices as PDFs or export a CSV from the Invoices page for your bookkeeper. Direct QuickBooks sync isn’t built yet.
